SteelEye is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to provide maternity cover for an 8-month period on a fixed-term contract. From January to July 2025, you will be steering the ship while SteelEye's Global Head of Marketing is on maternity leave - driving impactful campaigns and making waves in the industry!

Leading the delivery and execution of SteelEye's marketing strategy and plan for the first half of 2025.
Managing SteelEye's EMEA and US marketing managers
Ensuring the consistency and quality of the SteelEye brand across all channels.
Managing day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to support marketing efforts.
Creating content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media updates.
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Coordinating events and other marketing activities.
Supporting the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
Assisting in managing relationships with external vendors and agencies.
Experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the B2B technology or financial services industry
Experience leading and managing a team of people
Proven experience in successfully supporting Senior Executives at the board level
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Upon receipt of your CV, you will be provided with a brief for a mock press release assignment. This task is designed to evaluate your ability to craft clear and compelling communications. You will be required to complete and submit the mock press release by a specified deadline. Your submission will be assessed on creativity, alignment with brand tone, and effectiveness in conveying the intended message.
Candidates who perform well in the written assignment will be invited to a functional interview with the Global Head of Marketing. This interview will delve into your experience, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. As part of this stage, you will need to present a case study on an integrated marketing campaign for which you have been responsible. The presentation should cover the campaign's objectives, strategy, execution, and results.
In the final stage you will meet with SteelEye's CRO and CEO. This interview will focus on your cultural fit and why you want to work at SteelEye.
