We are looking for an exceptional Business Analyst to join our Product Team in our London or Bengaluru office to analyse complex financial data and systems and to translate our clients’ business needs into functional requirements through excellent internal and external stakeholder collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Business & Data Analysis: Analyse complex financial data, translate business needs into functional requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, educate clients on the platform, and assist with user acceptance testing to ensure seamless integrations.

Product & Project Ownership: Take ownership of high-priority projects, contribute to product development discussions, and ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.

Regulatory & Market Expertise: Stay up to date with financial regulations, market trends, and fintech developments, providing insights and training to internal teams and clients.

Quality Assurance & Compliance: Oversee testing processes, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory and business standards.

Agile Process Improvement: Champion Agile best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Dev, QA, Product, and PMO to streamline delivery, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance team performance through Agile metrics and feedback loops.

Key skills and experience:

Experience & Technical Skills: Minimum 4 years as a Business Analyst in FinTech, with strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Slack, and any programming language is essential. Proven experience working in Agile environments, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and improving Agile team maturity.

Business & Financial Knowledge: Experience working with development teams to implement requirements. Familiarity with financial products, markets, and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and documentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage effectively with stakeholders and clients.

Organised & Proactive Approach: Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently or in a team, and take ownership of key business processes.

Customer & Innovation Focused: A continuous learning mindset, customer-centric approach, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
